In first place for a fourth consecutive year is Ehud Gelblum of Morgan Stanley; the 41-year-old analyst is also on top in Data Networking & Wireline Equipment, for a fifth straight time.

Simon Flannery, who spent the past three years in second place, rises one rung to finish on top for the first time since this sector was created through the 2007 merger of Telecom Services/Wireless and Telecom Services/Wireline; the Morgan Stanley analyst led the latter sector for five years, from 2002 through 2006.

Holding on to the top spot for a second straight year is Nomura’s Daisaku Masuno, 45.

Rising from third place to second is Tal Liani of BofA Merrill, who is also ranked second in Data Networking & Wireline Equipment.

Tal Liani of BofA Merrill is also a double winner, repeating in second place in this sector and rising from third to second in Telecom Equipment/Wireless.
