Four-time second-teamer Kimberly Greenberger “is supersharp, analytical, and gets what moves stocks,” according to one buy-side backer. Greenberger, who moved to Morgan Stanley last month from Citi, upgraded the Talbot’s of Hingham, Massachusetts, to buy in September 2009, at $6.95, citing strong sales and improving earnings at the women’s specialty retailer. By mid-June, when the researcher discontinued coverage in anticipation of her departure from Citi, the stock had catapulted 85.6 percent, to $12.90.
