The Moscow-based analysts, who cover about ten stocks and plan to add several Turkish names later this year, are keeping a close eye on Globaltrans Investment, a rail freight services provider headquartered in Cyprus. The global depositary receipts slid 7.9 percent in the first five months of the year, from $16.51 to $15.20, and the researchers plan to upgrade them from hold to buy once they fall below $14. “At these levels the cyclical downturn in the railway industry would be priced in, and the stock might return an above 30 percent upside to our target price,” the team leader explains. “Elena Sakhnova is one of the best analysts in the transportation sector,” declares one buy-side enthusiast. — Leslie Kramer |
